Every other day we come across more fatal deaths due to high fever, than road accidents in countries worldwide. This is no case of simple fever, rather it's symptom of typhoid, malaria or dengue. The reason is that by the time we realize whats wrong it gets quite late for treatment. Often we are clueless that we are suffering from these diseases, that is why many a times we are unable to prevent death taking place due to them. The seasonal weather conditions in many countries is conducive for growth of such bacteria, such that every other person is falling victim to these diseases. Don't you want to be your own doctor in these circumstances!!
Learn to listen to your own body from within and read the symptoms beforehand, so that you can react early enough to save a precious soul, before it is too late.

  • VIRAL FEVER:-
Symptoms: Fever, fatigue, body ache, inflammation of the throat, running nose, nasal congestion, headache, redness of the eyes, cough, muscle and joint pains, rash and swelling in the lymph gland.
Be alert when: You develop pneumonia, jaundice, joint swelling or tendency towards vomiting and diarrhea.

  • TYPHOID:-
Symptoms: Fever, headache, weight loss, lack of sleep, extreme fatigue and abdominal pain.
Be alert when: There's continuing high fever, diarrhea or severe constipation, considerable weight loss, delirium and sleeping with eyes half closed.

  • MALARIA:-
Symptoms: Fever accompanied by body tremors, headache, muscle aches and tiredness, sometimes even nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
Be alert when: There are signs of anemia and jaundice due to loss of red blood cells. Infection with one type of malaria - plasmodium falciparum, if not treated promptly can prove fatal.

  • DENGUE:-
Symptoms: High fever, severe headache, shooting backache, joint pain, nausea, vomiting, rashes on the body and pain in eyes.
Be alert when: The fever lasts for 2 to 7 days, followed by hemorrhagic manifestation like bleeding nose or gum's and possibly internal bleeding as well. This is very serious and may prove to be fatal.

To take proper care of one's health keep a close watch on these symptoms in your body so that you can save yourself well in advance.
